AGE SLEEP

JR. PRINCESS (3-5) 10-13 HOURS

PRINCESS (6-9) 9-12 HOURS

PRE-TEEN(10-12) 9-12 HOURS

JR. TEEN(13-16) 8-10 HOURS

TEEN (16-19) 8-10 HOURS

MISS (20-24) 7-9 HOURS

CONSENSUS AT LEAST 8 HOURS!
